1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • We stand behind our services and offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the first 30 days of your subscription, whether you’ve chosen a monthly or annual plan.
  • If, within the first 30 days, you find that AWA Health’s meal planner, workouts, or yoga services aren’t meeting your expectations, contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • After the Initial 30 Days: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable beyond the initial 30-day period. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
  • How to Cancel: Cancellations can be processed directly through your account settings or by reaching out to customer support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to all AWA Health services until that period ends.

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • After the Initial 30 Days: Refunds for annual subscriptions are not available beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for early termination of annual subscriptions. However, you may cancel at any time to stop automatic renewal, and you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the annual billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If you experience an unexpected issue or have a unique circumstance, please get in touch with our support team. While refunds beyond our stated policy are not guaranteed, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to assist you.

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to AWA Health services for the remainder of your billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). No further charges will be applied unless you choose to renew your subscription.
